By taking initiative for the empowerment of women, success has been achieved in the financial, mental, and physical empowerment of women. Inspired by Jhalkaribai, a valiant warrior in the army of Rani Lakshmibai, the glorious queen of Jhansi, the Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation has trained its army of Jhalkari ladies security guards. It is the first organization of trained female security guards in India to be created by women and run entirely by women. The security of women is one of the major challenges facing the country. Jhalkari has been trained by the best security agencies in the country. Our goal is to create security guards who are loyal, upholding moral values and upholding the truth. The Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation has made a name for itself in society with this initiative.

Vikasdoot Volunteers: A Trained and Engaged Workforce

The Vikasdoot volunteers are a cornerstone of Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation, their tireless efforts and commitment driving the organization's success. Their dedication and expertise are instrumental in achieving the foundation's goals of social upliftment, community development, and positive social change.
Every member of the household is seen doing a job, so there is a lot of demand for housemaids in every household. But due to the gap created in society, housemaids have to face many problems. At the same time, these housemaids are not trained, so housework does not seem to create a suitable opportunity. Studying these issues, the Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation surveyed housework and created a training program called Dweep, which trains housemaids.
DWEEP (Domestic Worker Education and Enlightenment Program) is a registered trademark training program developed by Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation . This training program is designed to study the problems and difficulties faced by housemaids at every stage by conducting a large number of surveys of these women. We train them to provide 3 types of skills. This includes training to develop physical equipment handling skills, develop behavioral skills, and develop life skills. Under this training program, so far more than 3469 housemaids from all over Maharashtra have been trained by the organization and our camps are continuously working to serve 4000 new trainee women.

You might have heard or read that home is your first school, however, not everything is learned at home. Even if there is a lot to teach, you may find it difficult to teach your children about some sensitive topics. Also, what exactly does it mean for girls to come of age? Who will explain this to the girls at home? The Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation provides training and counseling to girls on menstrual management by visiting school colleges, through trained women. While educating girls about menstruation, they are taught the importance of cleanliness. The Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation’s trained women work to address the concerns of adolescent girls about menstrual care, clothing to use, and mental endurance. Sanitary napkins to be used during menstruation are also distributed in this activity. It is learned that this initiative has given courage to the girls to face the challenges they face.

We are associated with more than 4500 field agents all across Maharashtra. In villages of every district, we have a representative of Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation, who helps us in conducting surveys for corporates & media, disseminating information about different government schemes, enabling villagers to apply & avail of these schemes, increasing the reach of our organization to every nook and corner of the state.
Pune: Lloyds Metal & Energy in association with Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation groomed 40 tribal youth from Etapalli, Gadchiroli district as Vikasdoot (development ambassadors).
The training workshop was arranged at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi from 21st to 30th April 2023.
These youth from 21 villages of Etapalli Tehsil have been trained as Vikasdoot. Under this 10 days of training, they have learnt about personality development, etiquette and public behavior, use of technology etc.
They were shown the Balewadi Sports Complex, Pune Metro, Office and Museum of Tribal Research & Training Institute, Newspaper Offices, Printing Press etc. Also every morning they have taken experience of exercise & sports activities
In a project called ‘Ek Aathavan Aaplya Daari’, in 36 districts of Maharashtra, Vikasdoots planted trees in front of the doors of the victims of the Corona pandemic by providing emotional support, through the Vikasdoot Project, organized by Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation, Pune. By undertaking this undertaking, he planted more than 72000 trees and created a successful combination of protection of nature and relationships.
As part of the ‘Ek Aathavan Aaplya Daari’ initiative, Vikasdoots from Trisharan Enlightenment Foundation, Pune, planted trees at the homes of those affected by the Corona pandemic in 36 districts of Maharashtra. Through the Vikasdoot Project, they offered emotional support while planting over 72000 trees, fostering a meaningful connection between nature conservation and personal relationships.

A impactful literacy campaign was undertaken to uplift elderly Adivasi women, resulting in the successful education of 500 local women in the art of reading and writing. A remarkable milestone was reached, as 150 women have gained the ability to write their own names and signatures, symbolizing a profound transformation towards empowerment and independence.
